1. Problem Description
In Winter， some customers have reported that in low-temperature conditions, the High-Speed Door fails to start normally after overnight shutdown, displaying an error upon the first startup in the morning ， returning to normal after running for a while. Analysis shows that this is caused by increased viscosity (commonly referred to as "freezing") of the reducer lubricating oil due to the drop in temperature.2. Solution: Enable Anti-Freeze Mode
For example: if set to the number 2, it means the motor will slightly rotate every 2 minutes to prevent the gearbox lubricating oil from freezing.
