Controller shows ERR09 position learning failure, unable to finish stroke learning. How to fix?
Background / Cause:
System fails to record opening and closing limit positions normally. Caused by wrong limit signal, stuck door body, wrong parameters or encoder exception.
Solutions:
1.Check open and close limit switches and wiring, ensure signals respond normally.
2.Manually push the door to confirm it moves smoothly without jamming.
3.Restore factory settings, reset relevant running parameters.
Confirm encoder connection is firm, then redo position learning again.
Notes:
Only correct limit signals and smooth movement can complete learning successfully.

Controller displays ERR23 electronic travel not configured, door cannot run normally. How to solve?
Background / Cause:
No opening and closing stroke data is saved in the system, electronic travel has not been set up completely.
Solutions:
1.Enter parameter menu and start electronic stroke learning process.
2.Let the door automatically complete full open and full close travel calibration.
3.Check limit signals are normal before learning.
4.Save settings and restart after travel learning finished.
Notes:
All running functions are unavailable without completed travel configuration.
