ERR16 motor overload protection appears, the door stops running automatically. How to deal with it?
Cause:
Motor load exceeds standard, current is too high, system triggers overload protection.
Solutions:
1.Check door body, track and rollers for stuck, friction and blockage.
2.Adjust balance spring to lighten motor load.
3.Reduce running speed and avoid frequent start and stop.
4.Stop use and cool down, clear fault then restart.
Notes:
Long time overload will burn out motor and circuit board.

Controller shows ERR27 system overheating and stops operation. How to solve?
Background / Cause:
Control box internal temperature exceeds safe value, triggered high temperature protection. Mainly caused by poor heat dissipation, long-time continuous operation, high ambient temperature or frequent heavy-load running.
Solutions:
1.Cut off power immediately and let the device fully cool down.
2.Keep control box ventilated, avoid sealed installation and sun exposure.
3.Reduce continuous working time and frequent opening & closing.
4.Check mechanical jamming leading to heavy load and heat generation.
Notes:
Do not force start after overheating, easy to burn internal electronic components.
